Okay, so let's go through this step by step.
1. You save your picture by clicking on "Save As"
2. A box comes up and it tells you what you want to name your picture and underneath it, it has "Save As Type:" There, they have many choices to choose what to save your picture as.
You need to pick, JPEG-JFIF Compliant. (There will be behind those words, jpeg, jif, jpeg. Something like that.)
3. Once you have saved your picture as JPEG-JFIF Compliant click Save. There might be another option that says JPEG 2000. Ignore that. You only need JPEG-JFIF.
4. Now, you should be able to save your picture on photobucket.

Hope that works for yah!
If you are stuck, just reply back.
