so i started a new diet 7 days ago and it says your suppose to lose 9 pounds in 11 days, i havent cheated at all and ive been exercising and all ive lost so far is maybe 1/2 a pound. i want to lose at least 15 pounds by the end of the summer but ive been working really hard and still havent lost any wieght yet! =(

9 pounds in 11 days? Wow.
When it comes to losing weight, everyone is different. But, you have lost 1/2 a pound, so you are showing some weight loss! Don't let it put you off though. Losing weight is tough and hard work. Just make sure you follow your diet and try your best and don't give up, just because you aren't impressed with the results so far.
