its 2am and i have a competition tomorrow for my martial art, i have to be awake to go at 6am, and im a heavy sleeper so it takes tons to wake me up

wat shall i do? just stay awake all night? that will just make me tired in my fight and give me a lack of energy, or should i sleep for 4 hours, and hope to god a wake up.

You should have gone to bed way before midnight.
If there is a way to get you up at 6am, then SLEEP. Got an extra loud alarm? Would your parents be willing to wake you?
Sleeping for 4 hours will only make you more tired, groggy, snappy etc.
Plan carefully next time!
Now go and get that caffeine...
