You'd need to go to a dermatologist. There is no over the counter medicine that will work. Most treatments you can get such as chemical peels cost 1500.00 so you might want to consider HOW bad they are. Hope this helps.

Go to your doctor, or dermatologist and ask about Differin and Benzoyal Peroxide. That should help.
