periods..are stupid
anything i need to know bad+good about periods i just started mine july 3.

well to me they are just BAD lol. Right before it you might get headache,nasuea, etc. oh and baddd stomach cramps but if you are lucky you wont have them. if you have them just put a warm water bottle on your abdomen. what is good about it? um i guess you are a woman now! lol. also, when you become sexually active and you get your period for the month it means your not pregnent! so another reason why seeing your period could be good. another bad thing is possible embarassing moments. if you dont catch your period when it comes..you could leak and stain your clothes and everyone will see. never has hapened to me. whenecer that time of the month comes around i am sure to check for it often. so do that and you will be safe like me. i think i covvered it all

Well the bad thing is, they give you cramps, and make you feel bloated, and can give you back aches, make you constipated.. mood swwings..

Your more emotional at this time more than others, but all this depends on the person.
Some people dont get cramps, some get them really bad, and some get really emotional and moody.
