how do i make it so that i dont get an email every time i get a comment, picture comment, messsage, or friends request?

There are two options:
1- Change your email address.
2- Edit profile > Account Settings > Notifications, and it will be somewhere in there.

When you sign in. Under Edit Profile, it says Account Settings. Click that, then Where it says Notifications, check the box next to it & that will stop all the emails.
