Next year I'll be in high school and I have to do a summer science thing where I go to work with someone who has a science related career. I have to design an interview for the person too. I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas of a career that I could go "stop in" and use for the assignment. I'm not interested in like nuclear weapons or anything. I like more things along the lines of genetics or nutrition or health in general. So a doctor would seem like the right place to go, but what kind of doctor? Thanks...and feel free to go beyond the doctor stuff, any other ideas would be great, I'm open to pretty much anything.

I interviewed a chemist who works with flavors and a physics teacher at my high school. a doctor might be hard because they have to do their job and they can't really take you in with their patients and stuff, know what i mean? try someone working in a lab or does research because they probably have more time to answer questions and really explain their field. If you know anyone in a science field personally, go with them... you'll get more out of the experience in my opinion. <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]
