so what is a good (healthy & natural) way to lose about 7 pounds?

HappyAdvice answered Tuesday July 4 2006, 1:21 pm: The best way to loose weight is to eat right and stay active. Pay attention to the amount of calories that you take in every day. It syhould be about 2000 a day, but if you are dieting you can go a little bit lower. Read nutrition labels, and pay attention to the serving size that goes with it. For example, some types of light icecream have 120 calories per a serving, but a serving is only a half cup, which is not a lot. Go for frozen yogurt instead, which is about 60 calories per a half cup. when you are craving junk food remember this, a craving usually only lasts about 8-14 minutes so try to wait it out or go for something healthy, fruit or veggies or low fat yogurt or even some lowfat cereal such as special K opposed to junk food. Also, here is something very important, drink a lot of water! Water actually fills you up, just as food would, except it has NO calories. Try to keep a water bottle with you at all times. Eat three healthy meals a day, do not skip breakfast. Stay away from fried food and fast food.
Besides eating right, you should also try to exercize at least five days a week, for about 15-30 minutes each day. Go for a jog or a bike ride. I would also recomend doing crunches, and jump roping. You could also join a team, which is a fun, social way to get excersize. There are plenty of ways to stay active!
You will not see change over night, but this is a way to loose weight in a healthy way. Extreme dieting allows you to loose weight rapidly, but you will gain it back when you decide to eat again. If you eat right and stay active you can loose weight and keep it off, plus it will help you stay healthy and live longer. i hope this was helpful! baby_monkey answered Tuesday July 4 2006, 10:16 am: well hi there.. i know what you mean. like a month i wanted to loose a few pounds (10 pounds) & well..i did loose 5 pounds. not what i expected but at least it is something. first eat healthy. what i mean by that is eat the right servings of each group food...
dairy products... 3 servings a day
meat & conservatives... 2 sevings a day
fruits & vegetables... 5-6 servings a day
grains...3-4 servings a day
(a serving is like the size of your fist)
also dont forget to exercise! thats the fastest way to loose weight.
&& most important.. drink lots of water each day!
if you get hungry just drink lots of water & it will help you maintain your stomach full. water cleans all the fat out when you go to the bathroom!
