We have a dell, and we got it in 2001 I think? or somewhere around there so its not new but its not really old either. Can I get it? How?

I'm not sure if you can get the graphic thing because my computer is like brand new as of May and it came with xp.. if yours came with xp then i'm not sure. but if you installed the xp, then you don't have the new graphics settings thing.
