okay so like im 5'3" and i weigh 160. i heard that you were kinda ummm well not the skinniest person when you were younger, how did you slim down since your so happy with yourself right now?

Well, i know this sounds funny, but you obviously know me, so you know the community ed center in walled lake? well my mom use to take aerobics there and stuff.. and so i decided to go along once.. results happen within a year, if you actually work, and use weights and leg weights. Start eating healthier.. i mean, i cant say im not eating the healthiest right now, but when i was a chunky little thing.. ha.. i started eating healthy. I mean, for salads, eat spinach salads with light dressing, or vinnagerettes. But, when you really want something like u8nhealthy, go for it, just limit your self. Because, if you keep saying no to yourself, one day your just going to splurge, and eat tons of what you want.
