My son - African American - has hair bumps throught his head and at the bottom of his hairline on the back of his neck. He has tried several products to get rid of them to no avail. Someone suggested he use Vagisil. He's been trying that for the past 2-3 days. Nothing happening yet. Anybody have suggestions out there on how to get rid of them?

There is also a newer cream called "calmoseptic" that might help. If it can be avoided, don't use hydrocortisone cream. Although the over the counter version is rather mild, steroid creams cause lightening of black skin. [ Nallie's advice column | Ask Nallie A Question ]
