Why do people say its special to kiss in the rain?
What makes it diffrent then kissing when its not raining?

I've done it and it's nothing special. (Maybe it just wasn't raining hard enough or something?) It just seems cool because you two are closer together and everyone makes it seem really romantic, but really its not all that exciting & you just end up feeling sticky afterwards (if its a summer rain & you live in humid PA) lol.

You're skin isn't so dry and you don't have to worry about chapped lips. The movies just make it seem so sexy and stuff. I think it's more romantic because not many people are out walking in the rain so usually you arn't around alot of people. I personally, but think it's really romantic.

Well, when you are in the rain it is sexier cuz you both are getting soaked in water, like in the shower, except you're not naked. also when you are wet, your skin gets softer and nicer to TOUCH. it's mostly the same feeling as kissing normally, except there is more going on, so after you're done kissig, there doesnt have to be awekward silence, since you're under the rain,

Because not that many people go out in the rain, so it's like you're the only ones there. And you don't have the sun blaring down on you, it's nice and cool. And you can like, lick the raindrops from your true love's lips. And rain just smells cool.

Its only because of TV and movies such as the Notebook that kissing in the rain seems romantic. I mean, personally, I agree with you that I dont know why it would be special but I guess its just romantic and sexy.

in my opinion kissing in the rain is more romantic, the difference between kissiing in the rain and not kissing in the rain is: when your not kissing in the rain you more dryer, and to me its not as romantic.

Its romantic.
It doesn't feel any better, in fact it might feel a little gross. But the idea of kissing in the rain is when you are in a vonerable state, outside cold in the pouring rain and he holds you, keeps you warm and makes you feel beautiful when you are drenched and ungroomed. I guess it's kind of like he's being prince charming, or your hero.
