How do I tone down and lose weight. I have been struggling with my weight for over five years. I am 145 lbs. My goal weight is to be 130 lbs. I have been doing crunches and arm weights. I run alot. I am a long distance runner. I am fifteen. I am a female I am from the U.S.A and I speek english

Since your body is used to Aerobic work, you should change it up and do Anaerobic work (More weights). All you have to do is eat 4 small meals a day spaced out every 3 to 4 hours and workout 3 or 4 times per week and rest up a lot and that's really all there is to it. No fancy diet methods or counting every single calorie...but good plain old methods that have been used by bodybuilders and the common laypeople for generations.

Your target weight loss idea is ok, but I prefer to see people setting goals for losing inches over pounds since you won't be carrying around a scale to show people how much weight you lost.
