im going on a trip and i do not want to have to deal with my period my last period it was 45 days from the one before then the one before was 31 days from the one before how can i tell when my next one will be

Every girl's period is different. Nobody here can tell you when you're going to get yours next.


Regardless, you shouldn't let your period ruin your trip. Just have fun!

it sounds like your pretty irregular. its really hard to tell when you will have it. you kind of just have to guess and be prepared for it. if your going swimming or something on your trip be sure to bring tampons as well as pads
