My little sister had a stomach virus.. which was given to me. So I ended up puking about 6 or 7 times last night. My ribs are showing and my stomach hurts. And so I kinda look anorexic. I feel really empty. So if my period stops.. is that bad? I've had it for about 4 years..so it's not irregular and it lasts the whole week. I'm on the 4th day and it's so light.. when I'm usually heavy. Is that bad?

Try to get more fluids down. Suck on ice, eat some fruit bars, sip hot tea, eat applesauce. Anything to get some liquid in your system. If your condition persists and you can't get any fluids down, be sure to go see a doctor. You doctor can give you an IV, which will rehydrate you and get your system back to normal so you can heal.
