I got your answer. I have another question.
Is there a simpler way to wipe the file off my computer? My mom is pretty skilled at computers so Im having a lot of trouble covering my tracks since Im not good with computers at all. Im not supposed to download programs either. And it might make her suspicious? If I use the program you suggested, how can I cover my tracks of using it? Is it free and will it mess up my computer? I dont want to wipe off everything from my PC. That is the problem. I just want to get rid of a picture file.

I don't think you read my answer. I stated that it was a free download.
Let me save you some trouble since this isn't even your PC...
Ask yourself this question:
Is a government agency going to be looking for this picture? How about the police?
If it is only your mom you are worried about, I would pass on the whole thing.
She would have to specifically be looking for that exact file in order to even have a chance of recovering it.
Whatever this picture is... I wouldn't put any more like it on your mother's computer. I hope you learned your lesson... :-)
