Livestrong has good ideas. Also, remember that a very large percentage of today's jobs are acquired not through the application process, but through networking. Ask your friends and family if anyone they know is looking to hire someone.

Everyone has to start somewhere. Everyone at one point doesn't have expierence. All you nedd to do is go to places like Target, fastfoods, Grocery stores, maybe Longs, a Supercuts, Starbucks, cold stone, baskin robins, jama juice anywhere and just start filling out applications be honest on them. Someone will have to call you. Just dont give up. If it says good qualities or anything like that state that your good with people or something well i hope I helped.
