Performing exercises that strengthen your legs is the one thing that you can do, and doing so does not mean you will end up with overly muscular legs. Low weight, high repetition resistance training will likely add some mass your legs, but will not result in any kind of body-builder look. xomegaroni answered Tuesday June 27 2006, 4:58 pm: hmm..you can't make yourself gain weight in your legs. why?? because you can't decide where the fat goes. the only thing you can do is add muscle. juss because you work out, doesn't mean it will make your legs totally muscular. it will juss make them not look like bone. if you do want to try that, you can google it.
