i have to run over the summer to get fit for field hockey (out coach said to) and i haven't done anything. i'm too lazy, but it's also been raining here and i have a little cold and i don't have a tredmil. what should i do?
Once thats gone, motivate your self. if you feel lazy just tell your self DO IT!
If its raing, then do somthing in your own living room. Like jog in place. or jumping jacks. tae boe even. ill turn on my tv and grab a bottle of water and excercise while i watch tv. I can be active and lazy at the same time.

And for motivation, listen to some music. or compare yourself to someone who is determined.

it builds calf muscles as well.
Try googling stairs exercises.
