I went to a site and got the following information
Yes, there can be vomiting. The other signs are getting fatter (small dogs can get fatter even as early as 4 weeks but larger dogs may not show much until the last 2-3 weeks), getting lazier and resting more, digging as if preparing a nest, urinating more due to squished bladder(a growing uterus takes up space), and there could be change in temperament. Around 6-7 weeks along they tend to lose their appetite for awhile. Their tits get bigger around the last week or two. For those of you that can't wait to tell, you can go to your vet for a dog pregnancy test called repro check. It costs $20-$30 and can be taken any time after 3-4 weeks along. A site that really helped me was [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) It tells you how far along your dog is according to the signs she is showing and when she mated. Also if your dog is pregnant go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) to learn about whelping(having pups). It is important to know what to expect in whelping so you can call your vet if something goes wrong. If you don't it could result in the death of the mom and pups. Good luck to all! Also pregnancy last about 9 weeks. (58-66 days) [ babiigirl's advice column | Ask babiigirl A Question ]
