This isnt really about job searches...but what does it mean if someone in realestate says "a half bath short of a condo???"

Well, if you heard that on T.V. [i`m guessing you did] then it means your crazy.
Like, a few french fries short of a happy meal.
Just means you`re crazy.

Real estate property has to be a certain size to be considered a condo. So if it had a full bath it would be a condo, but since it only has a half bath it's not quite a condo. You probably know what a half bath is, but just in case- A half bath only has a sink and toilet and no tub or shower.
