Triscuits are only meant to be snacks eaten every now and then in between select meals to keep your hunger at bay, so no they're not what you would call "good for you" and the amount of calcium is negligible- all you have to do is drink a glass of milk. People who make these snacks are aware that America isn't very well informed on diet and nurition so they claim that their product is a healthy alternative to real healthy foods which are tried and true- Tuna, skinless chicken, water, etc.- Those are good for you.
