tasuki answered Wednesday June 21 2006, 5:13 pm: It depends on your type of hair. I'll tell you the one that works for me. I have really thick, curly hair. I started doing this style and about a week later I read in a magazine that it was actually the perfect look for my hair type--weird huh? I tie it up like I'm putting it in a ponytail, but then fold it over, so it's in a bun. Then I tie the scrunch around it two times. I leave it a little messy, because there's no use in trying to make it neat (and guess what? The magazine reccommends this!) I like to have a few strands pulled out so I can have something to twirl around my finger. And dangly earrings really help with it. You can also try braiding your hair, or buying different clips/scrunchies or other crazy products. Be experimental!
rainxindoors answered Wednesday June 21 2006, 4:49 pm: I'm not sure how you put your hair up, but you could try a messy bun. There are many different ways to do a messy bun, so just give it different tries. Also, depending on your hair length, you could try braided pigtails. Braided pigtails look really cute, but you can't wear them with an outfit that just doesn't make it "flow". good luck and have fun with it =] [ rainxindoors's advice column | Ask rainxindoors A Question ]
mayonnaise answered Wednesday June 21 2006, 4:38 pm: Hi. Get some mousse, and when your hair is still wet, flip it over upside down, then fill your hand with mousse and scrunch your hair. The you will have cute little waves. Sometimes curls, it depends on how you do it. I love doing that, and everyone looks good like that. It doesn't matter how hard it is to get your hair "not straight" mousse will do that. Oh, and when you blow-dry your hair, use the low heat setting.
