huge hard stomach?

okay.. well ive been eating a lot lately.. probally because of this but whatever. today i ate a normal portion of food.. nothing too excessive. my stomach gets HUGE now after i eat and it gets hard.. its discusting accually.. i really want to know what it is because its keeping me from loosing any weight and even wearing fit clothes.

Hey, your probabally constipated. That once ahppened to me, andmy stomach was also hard and pretty round. What you should od is eat some fruits and some bran stuff that'll help it digest! Also what he;ped me a lot was drinking more water, it helps clear out your system, and helps dygest your food. Maybe you can also try going to the bathroom more often. :)
