weight loss Hey. ok, i'm about 5`3 and i weigh about 100 pounds. (also, i;m female) but everytime i look in the mirrior all i see is fat. i'm becoming anorexic, but i just want to be skinny so badly. i know the dangers of eating disoreders, but i just want to lose a little weight to look better. any advice on how i can lose weight without completley starving myself? i dont really care what it takes, i just want to be skinnier

First of all, forget about being anorexic. All you need to do is :
Excercise everyday
Run, walk, jog around your neighborhood
Do curlups-Which flattens your stomach
If you do curlups you should probably do about 20 a day and when you get used to doing them you can do more!
Eat smaller portions
You don't have to not eat anything at all. Just eat smaller sizes of what you eat. Like for instance, if you usually have two orders of something get one. Or ask for half orders.
Eat healthy
Apples, bananas, grapes, carrots, corn, fruits and vegetables like those are all really good for you and don't have fat.
If you do all those things, you will definitley see results in your body. You definitely don't have to be anorexic ]
