What are some good exercises to do to lose the fat in your thighs and make your waist size go down? All good answers get 5's!

for sotmach: situps and not sitting directly after eating. That lets the food settle and not digest. Walk around the house after dinner.
For thighs: running, jogging, or swimming for thighs (things that use the legs muscles a lot)

And yoga. The twisting positions will tone your waist.

And don't forget the classic two mile walk! ;-)

Run. Jog about 30 minutes a day or more. You willl lose the wieght and fat in no time. It will be tough. but you can do it!
