for sotmach: situps and not sitting directly after eating. That lets the food settle and not digest. Walk around the house after dinner.
For thighs: running, jogging, or swimming for thighs (things that use the legs muscles a lot) ]

And yoga. The twisting positions will tone your waist.
And don't forget the classic two mile walk! ;-)
