But it can get to a point where it is a little out of hand where all you think about is your stomach and then you start skipping meals and what not. If you want to tone your stomach do crunches on the floor for 10 minutes a day and eat a healthy diet consisting of many fruits, and veggies. Protein and fiber are also equally important. Remember to eat whole grains and wheat as often as you can. Its a lot better than white flour. You'll see results in a matter of weeks!

in my opinion it is normal to be worried about your stomach, especially in the summer for bathing suits. many girls worry about their stomachs, including me. just doing some extra crunches everyday, or eating a salad instead of french fries can really make a difference. and remember drink LOTS of water =] [ TEENAGExHEARTS's advice column | Ask TEENAGExHEARTS A Question ]
