I know, sounds wrong, but let me explain. If you don't take in enough calories/fuel for your expendatures then your body starts to believe you are experiencing a famine. This triggers your bodies defense mechanisims and it goes into starvation mode. What happens here is that anything you put into your body at this point will be store as fat. Your body is trying to save you. What you need to do now is trick it. Start eating something every two hours. It could be anything, like a handful of sunflower seeds, a few carrots, cherry tomatoes, etc. This will lead your body into thinking there is lots of food out there after all and it will start to burn those fat calories for you. Keep that exercising going so that it will burn fat calories instead of muscle calories and you will be home free. You will have those 10 lbs off in no time. Good luck!
