well you should always try and make the mold "dormant" before you do anything. that means either let it sit in boiling hot water, or in a freezer. then you have to put a disinfectant on it that will kill the mold. such as bleah or chlorine.

let me know if i helped.

I'm a microbiologist, so believe me when I tell you that to get rid of it you need to use bleach or alcohol. This may discolor the glove, but anything else won't get rid of the mold spores. Not only are they ugly, but they can cause illness as well. I really think you should get a new glove personally.

run the glove under hot water. then with a sharp knife, try to 'saw' the mold off. once youve done that try running hot water over it again to get all the germs off of it. then let it dry!
hope that works!

Hmmm. Well, I'm not sure of what to do, since mold is really tough to get rid of. The only thing that I can think of is to put some bleaching solution on your glove, but that will take some of the color away. Maybe you can put a patch over the bleach spot. There's nothing else I can think of.

Hope I helped.
