Hi, Dry-Sex is, Sexual practise of minimizing vaginal secret by using intravaginal dessicants by wiping out the vagina or before other methods during intercourse. it's basically the same thing.
It's just rubbing your genitals up against someone else's genitals for pleasure. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't need any type of birth control for that? But whatever makes you feel better I guess.

Basically like having sex with your clothes on. It sounds like it's safe, but I'm pretty sure that you are still at risk for pregnancy and STDs. So if you do it, I guess, um...use a condom under your clothes?
