Hello Ryan... nice to see atleast that there are columnists who follow the rules. Yeah, so I'm 13 years old. I used to be 59 pounds- I wasn't anorexic, or malnourished, or anything unhealthy. I always went to my doctor when I was sick and she never said anything about my weight except that I haven't reached the hundreds. But like, 5 months ago, I got my first period ( sorry if it sickens you) then I went to 95 pounds. I feel fat now. I went from 59 to 95. A simple switch of the digits mean so much. Either way, was I too light, before five months ago? And am I too heavy, five months later? thanks, I'll rate good if you give me a good answer
Especially for your age. At 13 your going to expierence alot of growth and weight gain. Most of it isn't even your own doing, it is simply how your body is using the food your eating. Weight gain during puberty is gaurnateed.
59 was too light in any case, and 95 as you get older could lead to some minor health problems. 95 isn't overweight at all, in fact to an extent, it is underweight. Your weight is fine for now, and you can probably expect to gain a bit more weight as you are growing.
Don't worry about it. And definately don't try and lose it. Even if you feel fat, you most likely aren't. And sometimes weight does even determine if your fat or not. Just don't worry about it.
Just eat right and actually do excercise (such as 30 minutes of cardio a day) andyour weight will never be an issue.
I hope I helped, and good luck with everything.
-Ryan
P.S. Question...what exactly is meant in your first statement "nice to see that there are columnists who follow the rules"? Sorry but I was a bit curious to that. [ Alpha345's advice column | Ask Alpha345 A Question ]
