what are the requirments for running as an independent for a local mayors race in the state of arkansas

While I am not sure of the answer to this question, I could answer another question you might have. No, you should not be running for mayor. If you have to ask people on advicenators.com on how to run for mayor then perhaps the job is best left to someone a little older and/or more capable.

I'm not really sure, but you can go to your states official district site, or you can call the state offices and ask them.
