Im 100 pounds and want to loose weight, I know im really skinny but its not satifying, I want to drop it to 85-90 pounds or so by the end of summer! what are some good excercises! No lectures on oh how unhealthy or w.e! by the way im 13!
It isn't healthy, not at all. 100 is perfectly fine for a 13 year old, and to think to lose it will only hurt your body and mentality. And even if you decide not to heed my warning and go through it, you will find losing it most difficult since puberty will be hitting you like a brick and make it near impossible to lose much weight at all.
I am being honest, it isn't good for you.
