Losing weight. [13/f]
Well, I'm 10 lbs underweight, but I know that I have a lot of fat around me. What are some good, easy excersises I can do to lose weight on my stomach, my love handles, and my thighs.
I can't buy anything, so don't recommend anything at the store.
Also, I have Scoliosis & kyphosis. For those of you that don't know what it is::
Scoliosis~ disease in your vertabrae at the top of your back that makes them wedged shaped facing inward, which makes your back curve over a bit.
Kyphosis~ disease in your lower back that makes it curve inward a bit.
I don't have those at all severe, but I was just wanted to let you know so you guys won't give me anything to physical around my back area.

Maybe you should try swimming. I heard it helps your stomach and arms. For your thighs, I recomend riding you bike. Gosh, that works really well. Thats really all I know that doesn't involve anything with your back. So, I hope I helped! :D
