okay well my hair has been falling out for the past week and like i have a perm i do it every 3 months and whenever i comb/ brush my hair liek a big blob of my hair falls out. my hiar is like almsot shouylder lenghth but not quite, i want to have highlights bc i cant even do anything cool with my hair but i`m afraid that the cemicals will ruin my hair because it`s so thin. so like what would repair hair fast in inexpensive ways? i rate high 5`s ! thank you so much.

Your hair is really damaged and that's why it falls out so much. It's not healthy and you need to stop getting all these perms and putting these chemicals in your hair. I don't think you want to end up being bald by the time you're 20. Anyways, something inexpensive thing you can do to repair your hair is to get a trim. Get that damaged hair off and just don't do anything to it for a while. Take good care of it. Just try different hair styles and it will look better.
