i feel so self conscience, my stomach makes me look like im pregnant. i dont have a fat body, but i walk kind of with ym butt sticking out and my gut is kinda bulgy but it makes me look really fat. how can i make it look flatter?

It's simple. Exercise. People think that crunches and all that don't work because they don't stick with it and they still eat all the junk food. I'll tell you the same thing I tell everyone who asks me these questions, eat healthier. Still eat regular meals that you do, but I think you know the difference between good & bad food. Exercise and do it daily. You will get results.
