keep an eye on her for now, and if she is getting too skinny, she may get mad at you, but talk to her parents, seriously
its better her mad at you now then her being very very sick later in life
i am 14, 5'3 and 130, and i always thought i was huge till i did my BMI

If she actually stops eating entirely, that is anorexia. If she does something like that, you tell her mom quickly and put a stop to it.
She is very lucky to have someone near who cares. Keep an eye on her and do what you need to should it come to that. 13 year old girls sometimes need reassured they aren't fat. Make sure she knows she isn't. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
