Okay my boyfriend said that he wanted to go on a break with me cuz he was flirting with a lot of girls. I really like him but my friends say that i should break up with him. He hardly talks to me now and when we do talk i have to start the conversation. Should i break up with him? What should i do?

he is being sweet. he is thinkning about you and how you'd feel if/when you saw or heard about him flirting with other girls. he obviously wants to stop doing that before you guys get back together. since its hard to talk, you must have awkward moments together. and if you cant be comfortable around eachother then i dont think you should be together. its not up to you whether or not you guys break up- but just think about this break. see what else is out there. see if you can imagine yourself without him, or with someone else. he might be using this whole break thing as an easier way to brewak up with you, but sometimes breaks make people even more crazy about eachother. just dont be shocked if he turns around and says it isnt working between you guys. think of what you like about him. is it really worth all the awkward and wierd moments? its all up to you, sorry i couldnt help more. but..
