Actually... I'm not a "professional" gambler, but I do make money off of it. The strategy is to always know your odds of winning and losing. Although a lot of gambling is based on pure luck, knowing your odds of winning and losing will make the difference in the long run. If you play in casinos, your best bet at making any money is to hit the tables and play something that you're good at. It's always good to know how to play craps because craps is the game at casinos with the highest payoff for the players and the odds of you winning there are much higher than well... let's say video poker. If you play Holdem, I'd advise you to only play with your friends because in casinos, holdem can be pretty brutal. Pretty much, all I can say is that gambling is mostely based on how well you know your math, how good your memory is, and whether or not you're capable of "counting cards". If you don't know what you're doing, and you end up making money anyways, then it was just out of luck. I hope that I've helped, and if you'd like to learn any strategies to gambling, you should search for them online. There are too many existing strategies to write in this short advice letter. Good luck! [ sp4rklingr4in's advice column | Ask sp4rklingr4in A Question ]
