Overweight

I'm 13, 5"1, and 110 lbs. i know... a little chubby. i used to be pretty happy with myself until i started gaining weight. now that summers here i really want to look good in my bikini.. any tips? thx alot

I know exactly how you feel. I struggled with the same thing.. unhappy and felt i was overweight. i think in your case you should try pilates to target your stomach and thighs... its really relaxing and helps alot. just stay active and eat healthier and u should be on your way to losing about 5-7 lbs in a few weeks. good luck!
