friends mad cuz of boys likeing me

my friend (we will call her "K") went out with this guy (we will call him "A") and she broke up with him due to rumors and such. then he asked me out to the 8th grade farewell dance. i like this kid (we will call him b) and hes supposed to ask me out tomorrow. i dont know what to do because a got rejected by my other friend and now we are going to the dance together and my friend is mad. but i dont know what to do! i dont wanna hurt him or her cause hes a really sweet guy. k likes a still and regrets breaking up with him. but he wont take her back because he doesnt want to go threw that again!
what im asking
1) do i stay with him?
why? or why not?

You should wait for 'B' to ask you out because you like him and NEVER EVER go out with a guy just because you feel sorry him or he is 'nice' so i hope i helped
