hey, well here is my normal everyday with eating. i skip breakfast in the morning [ not heathy i know, but its for personal reasons not to be skinner ]. the reason i skip breakfast is because if i eat early in the morning ill throw up [ seriously ]. in school at least i usually grab a powerade and fritos. then after school on the way home ill usually have my mom stop at wendys or burger king for me. i wont eat again until about 7 or 8 at night. what i do eat is usually easy mac. if im hungry anywhere betweeen that ill have toast. but lately like yesterday and today ive been eating ALOT. like here it goess. i still wont eat breakfast. ill keep the same stuff for lunch. but after school ill stop at dunkin donuts and get 2 donuts. then right after that as soon as i got home [ five minutes it takes to get home ] i made 2 hashbrowns in the toaster. then shortly after that i had alot of pretzels. im hungry again right now and i want to stop eating so much. this is alot for me. im 13/f and weigh about 85 pounds. no thats not too little my whole family is like this. i mean my mom only weighs 115. cait♥
I skip breakfast, it makes me like wanna throw up too. Well, I don't actually throw up. But, it makes my stomach really upset.
You probaly should eat more at lunch. Get more balanced out with your meals.
Stopping at burger king/mcdonalds/dunkin donuts.
Whatever.. all very unhealthy.
You then shouldn't eat at 7 or 8 at night. Thats when you gain weight. Not, that you really need to worry about that.. but whatever.
This is how I eat..
-I skip breakfast.
-At lunch, I have a sandwich [or you know hotdog, steak whateverr.. well not steak but okay you get it. lol] Some chips or fries..etc. & an apple or a cookie or whatever.
You get where I'm going with that..
-After school, I'm usually hungry too. I usually have a little bag of like chips or whatever.
-I then wait till dinner, & eat that meal that whatever my mom makes.
-If my mom doesn't cook that night.. I make something like easy mac, or soup.
& if I'm really really hungryyy.. I make some popcorn or have pretzels [low in fat so you won't gain anything.]
