What's the difference between being 'High' and being 'Stoned'?

I think (remind you think) being high is seeing fake crap and halosanating and being stoned is like taking drugs to pass out or something

stoned means weed and high means other kinds of drugs. but they are used the same way.

Being "stoned" means to be under the influence of an intoxicating substance, such as cannabis .

being "high" means a state of altered consciousness induced by alcohol or narcotics; "they took drugs to get a high on"
