this is the first time im trying to lose weight, so i just wanna know one thing. if i dont eat junk food, mostly healthy foods, cut down on my portions of food (i tend to eat to much), and exercise every night for around an hour.. how much weight do you think i will lose by the end of june? im new at this whole weight thing, so i have no clue. o and if it helps, im 13 5'2. thanks so much! i love your advice♥
