So theres this guy...and we r like best friends...and ppl think we like each other (and we do...i think...we flirt constantly) anyways, i have a feeling he is gonna ask me out, but my mom wont let me date (im 14/female) because she thinks i would go to far...which i wouldnt

Maybe give some free advice about: Friendship?
try and talk to your mom and do little things to show your responsible and that she should trust you. (like doing extra work around the house). or if that doesnt work, you said your like best friends with this guy... if you tell him whatz up.. ( how your mom wont let you date) if hes such a good friend he'd probably understand. and if he really doesnt understand then theres other fish in the sea.
