Question Posted Tuesday May 9 2006, 11:38 pm

I really need to loose some weight...i decided this about 2 months ago. I decided i would stop eating and working out alot. It has really helped, i am about 5'3 and weigh 94 pounds. I am still not satisfied with my figure. I work out 3 to 4 hours everyday. I run for about 45 min. then ill take a yoga class followed by weights/ abs. I have run out of ideas to do. Suggestions?

woah.. this isnt good. your taller and weigh alot less than i do. and im not a big person. theres a point at which you can be to skinny. and not eating can cause you to GAIN weight. it stores fat, and eats at your important organs. Working out TOO much isnt good. Id say eat HEALTHY 3 meals a day. dont snack. and work out at least 3 times a week. spread it out...

hope i helpedd
