I have very thick, long blonde hair. Everyone says it's lovely, but I'm useless at styping it. The only thing I can really do with it is put it in a ponytail or wear it down. I want some cute, funky up-do's that are easy to do, could you people please point me in the direction of a website that give step-by-step instructions for this kind of style or does anyone know any? Please help I've had no luck so far!
I divide my hair from ear to ear, like i'm doing it half up-half down. I divide the front half down the middle from front to back. I put each one into a separate pony tail holder. I pull both of those and the rest of the hair into a ponytail. Flip the hanging hair up and secure with another elastic. Arrange the loose hairs so they don't stick up.

You wouldn't want to see Halle Berry's old pixie cut on, say, someone with a rounded, shapeless face.
It all depends on the shape of your face and whether it is boxed, heart shaped, etc. And of course, what you like. ;-)
Here is a great online resource: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
Good luck! ^_^ [ Knoll's advice column | Ask Knoll A Question ]
TEENAGExHEARTS answered Tuesday May 2 2006, 3:59 pm: you could start out by looking in magazines (Teen People, Seventeen, ELLE girl, Cosmogirl) many magazines tell you how to do cool summers hair styles, and since you have long hair it will make it easier to style.
