I'm not 100% sure, so don't take my word for it, but i do know for a fact that they will put you in a group of people, and make you sing and make a fool out of yourself, like you will do while you're working (haha, but im serious). i assume that they will ask about yourself, and what kind of a worker you are, and the basics. but i do know that part of it is like an audition for a show/school play (if you've ever done one before). hope this helps
