my best friend katelyn went out with sam and sam broke up with her to go out with me and she threatend to kill herself but she is over that now and going out with a 15 year old and is only 12 but i am afraid to tell her that me and him are going out she might never talk to me again for lying to her because i told her we were not going out!

I am not sure that I understand the details, but I get the gist. Tell her. Be honest. Don't be a bitch about it, just be honest. She won't kill herself. Seriously. Your friendship might end. There will be drama. Mad crazy drama, but at this point that is unavoidable. You are just gonna have to let life lives it's course. Honesty works out in the end.
