Does eyeliner run when you swim in the ocean or the pool? If so, is there waterproof mascara??

im not sure if regular mascara runs in the ocean/pool but i know there is such thing as waterproof mascara.. the best brand in my opinion is Avon Wash Off Waterproof Mascara, some people dont like it but a lot do.. good luckk and if you want some more ideas for waterproof mascara's then go here.. Yes it does,i wouldnt recommend wearing makeup to the ocean or pool ive done it plenty of time and ive learned from it.Yes there is waterproff mascara i would suggested maybellines kind or that one with the pink tube and the green cap im sorry i forget what its called but you would know what im talking about if youve looked in a makeup aisle,they both work amazingly well.
